Mike had a different approach. He took the time to understand our business and analyse the ads that we’ve been using over the years. With his years of experience, he was able to identify the reason that some of our ads had not been effective. He worked within our budget and scheduled several ads for our drug and alcohol programs, which are every Sunday during peak listening hours. He told us to be patient; that people need to hear an ad several times before they will call. However, the ads that Mike and the team at The Q created were so effective that people started calling the next day; and every week people are still calling.
